1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing services on MemberGrow.com ("MemberGrow", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Delivery

MemberGrow provides Discord member growth services, server boosts, and related digital assets. Delivery takes place via Discord's official OAuth2 API authorization protocol. You are responsible for ensuring your server allows bot joins and invite links.

3. Server Safety & Compliance

Our OAuth2 integration does not require administrative or moderation permissions. MemberGrow operates in accordance with standard Discord developer integrations. We do not engage in server raids, token scraping, or unauthorized intrusions.

4. 30-Day Refill Warranty

All member packages include a 30-day refill guarantee. In the event of drops within 30 days of fulfillment, customer support will issue free refills upon verification of the order ID.

5. Limitation of Liability

MemberGrow is an independent service provider and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Discord Inc. Users are responsible for maintaining compliance with their respective local community guidelines.
