Refund & Replacement Policy

Our 30-Day Refill Guarantee

All Discord member orders placed on MemberGrow include a 30-day refill and replacement warranty. If any members leave or drop during this period, our automated system or Telegram support will refill the difference for free.

1. Non-Delivery Refunds

If an order cannot be completed due to technical errors on our delivery node or bot downtime, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method or crypto balance.

2. Completed Orders

Due to the irreversible digital nature of Discord member additions and server boosts once assigned by Discord API, completed orders cannot be recalled or refunded once successfully delivered. Instead, they are protected by our 30-day replacement policy.

3. How to Request a Refill

Simply message our support team on Telegram at @membergrow_support with your Server ID or Order Number, and your refill will be queued instantly.
